Using Your Domain Name with ZoHo
Zoho is a trouble free email provider who will allow you to use your domain name to make professional email addresses at no charge. Select the free option when you sign up.

Make a new account with Zoho mail. Go to Control Panel. Select Domains

Verifying your domain can seem a little troubling but it is actually very easy. Follow the instruction here. When everything is set to confirm, click on the link under Status. You will find the VERIFY button way down the bottom of the instructions page.
Make domain name email accounts with Zoho
In Control Panel select Mail. Add a new user. Choose your username carefully as this is the main address which will be used with Gmail. Go to Mail Accounts and click on the new username. Add as many alias as you like. You will be able to send mail from any of the alias's.

Forwarding Zoho domain name email account to Gmail
To enable your new account Log Out and Login again with your new user account.
NOTE - LOG INTO ZOHO AS THE ACCOUNT HOLDER TO EDIT (in Control Panel) YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNTS. You will need to do this if you have signed up using a private email address. LOG INTO ZOHO AS YOUR DOMAIN NAME EMAIL ADDRESS TO USE YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNTS.

Follow the instructions to finalise your connection. Verification etc.
To add further domain name email Alias's first make sure the addresses exist as Alias's in Zoho. Leave the "Treat as alias" box selected.
